What Our Rental Service Covers

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to portable toilet rental work arranged with New Jersey Toilet Rentals in Parsippany, NJ. The service covers the units, delivery, placement, servicing, pickup, and other tasks listed in your quote or written order. Any extra equipment, added visits, holding tanks, or changes to the agreed service require separate written approval.

Customers must provide a suitable, accessible placement area and identify known underground lines, hazards, access limits, or site rules before delivery. Construction customers remain responsible for arranging sanitation facilities that meet OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51©.

The 2010 ADA Standards, Sections 206 and 213, address accessible routes and toilet facilities; customers should confirm their site’s applicable accessibility needs. Waste handling is subject to New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System rules, N.J.A.C.

7:14A, the New Jersey Water Pollution Control Act, N.J.S.A. 58:10A, and New Jersey Septage Management rules, N.J.A.C.

7:14A-23. Permits and placement rules may vary by municipality, including Parsippany-Troy Hills Township.

Arranging, Changing, or Cancelling a Visit

Delivery, servicing, and pickup dates are arranged with our team and confirmed based on the details in your order. Share the service address, requested dates, access instructions, placement location, and any site restrictions when scheduling. Dates or arrival windows may need adjustment if access, weather, safety conditions, or operating needs prevent the planned work.

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or request a change. Give notice before the scheduled visit so we can review whether the change can be made; any applicable cancellation charges or deadlines will be stated in your quote or order.

A request to change the unit count, service frequency, rental period, placement, or other agreed work is not approved until we confirm it in writing. Added work may affect charges and timing.

Do not assume a message or request has changed the order until you receive confirmation from New Jersey Toilet Rentals.

Quotes, Charges, and Payment

A quote describes the rental work, equipment, service schedule, delivery details, and charges known when it is prepared. It is based on the information you provide, including location, access, placement, rental duration, and requested servicing.

Ask us to correct any missing or inaccurate details before approving the quote. The quote or order will state when payment is due and any accepted payment arrangements; no price or payment term applies unless it is provided to you in writing.

Approve the quote or order before work is scheduled. If site conditions or a later request change the scope, we will explain any added charges and seek your approval before proceeding with the changed work.

Changes may also affect service timing. You are responsible for charges associated with the work you approve, subject to the written quote and any applicable law.

Contact us promptly if an invoice does not match the approved work so we can review the discrepancy.

What We Stand Behind

New Jersey Toilet Rentals will perform the work described in your approved order with reasonable care and will address a reported service issue related to that work. These terms do not establish a separate written warranty, a guaranteed service life, or a specific coverage period. Any warranty or service commitment that applies to particular equipment or work must be stated in your quote, order, or a separate written agreement.

Please tell us promptly if a unit or completed service does not match the approved arrangement. Include the service address, visit date, and a clear description so we can review the concern and determine a reasonable response.

Coverage may not apply to damage, blockage, relocation, unsafe access, misuse, or changes made by someone other than our team, particularly where those conditions caused the reported problem. Existing site conditions and issues outside the work we agreed to perform are not workmanship defects. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Responsibility for Site and Service Risks

Each party is responsible for its own actions and obligations under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, New Jersey Toilet Rentals’ liability for a claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the specific work connected to that claim.

We are not responsible for pre-existing site damage or conditions, inaccurate information supplied by a customer, inaccessible placement areas, or hazards outside our control. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits limiting liability.

Customers must arrange appropriate site access and follow applicable safety, sanitation, accessibility, and waste-disposal requirements. Relevant rules may include OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51©, the 2010 ADA Standards Sections 206 and 213, New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System rules at N.J.A.C.

7:14A, the New Jersey Water Pollution Control Act at N.J.S.A. 58:10A, and Septage Management rules at N.J.A.C.

7:14A-23. Local event, street-occupancy, or placement permits may also apply in Parsippany-Troy Hills Township; confirm requirements with the appropriate authority.

A change applies to future orders after it is posted; the terms provided with an existing approved order continue to govern that order unless you and we agree otherwise in writing or the law requires a different result. Please review the current terms before placing a new order.

If any provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
